COOMALIE AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 2020
Coomalie Community Government Council intends to amend the Coomalie Community Government By-Laws 1998 and Coomalie (Dog Management) By-Laws 2002.
The reason for the proposed amendment is to seek to repeal the by-law in each of the two By-Laws which provides that Section 57 of the Interpretation Act 1978 does not apply to them. This will enable subordinate legislation numbers to be assigned to the By-Laws.
Hard copies of the Coomalie Amendment By-Laws 2020 and Public Information Paper are available at the Council Office, 141 Cameron Road, Batchelor or via website.
All submissions must be received by 4.00pm Tuesday 14th July 2020.
