EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
INDEPENDENT MEMBER OF THE CEO EMPLOYMENT AND REMUNERATION ADVISORY PANEL
Coomalie Community Government Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for a suitably qualified
person to become the Independent Member on the Council’s CEO Employment and Remuneration
Advisory Panel.
In accordance with the Local Government Act 2019 and Council’s Policy 1.03: CEO Recruitment,
Remuneration and Performance, the primary function of the CEO Employment and Remuneration
Advisory Panel is to provide advice and support to Council with regards to the management of the
CEO, including making recommendations on the following employment matters:
- Recruitment and appointment of CEO.
- Contract of employment and remuneration.
- Performance reviews.
- Contract expiry.
Applicants are invited to review Council’s Policy 1.03 CEO Recruitment, Remuneration and
Performance on Council’s website and submit their Expression of Interest, outlining their
qualifications and experience relevant to the key roles and functions prescribed.
Expressions of Interest, inclusive of a current resume and two (2) professional references, must be
submitted to the Corporate Services Manager by close of business Monday 3rd November 2025.
