Changes to Kerbside Collection Services — Effective Monday 30 June 2025
Council is making important changes to kerbside collection to keep costs down while maintaining reliable waste services for our community. Starting Monday 30 June 2025, you’ll notice some adjustments to your regular bin collection days and routines.
Key changes are detailed below:
Residential & Commercial Collections:
Monday for 240 litre bins
Commercial Collections:
Tuesday for 660 & 1100 litre bins
Thursdays 240, 660 & 1100 litre bins

Batchelor Community Post Office has opened to the community! Trading hours are: Monday 1pm - 5pm Tuesday 1pm-5pm Wednesday 1pm - 5pm Thursday 8am-12pm Friday 8am-12pm Please refer to the poster to the right for details of services that we do and do not offer.
